How we work

- After thinking it over, if you decide to put your property up for sale, we will fill out a complete file with all the information about it and photographs inside and out.

- You will have to have the property checked for termites, asbestos and lead, depending on when it was built, and you will need to have the sewerage system checked. We work regularly with qualified professionals who can deal with this sort of expertise and who can be brought in at short notice.

- We will present your property to French and foreign buyers who are already on our books. We have conducted a prior assessment of their motivation and we know exactly what they are looking for.

- Thanks to our complete file on your property, they will be able to get a very good idea of what it is like. This avoids pointless visits and allows us to target our efforts very closely.

- Your property will be included on a permanent basis in our national and international advertising materials, depending on its profile:
